Meet Mia Carter: Marketing Consultant
Hi, I’m Mia Carter, a Marketing Consultant, Digital Marketing Coach, and Life Coach.
I help service-based business owners create a thriving business with smart, sustainable marketing strategies that feel aligned, strategic, and results-driven.
Before I built my own business, I spent over 20 years in the corporate marketing world, working with some of Australia’s leading brands across industries like music, beauty, retail, and property. It was an incredible foundation that taught me two powerful lessons: marketing is both an art and a science — and when done right, it can completely transform a business.
My career gave me the skills, but it was discovering life coaching that added the final piece of the puzzle.
After becoming a certified Life Coach, I realised that the most successful business owners aren’t just great marketers — they have the mindset to back it up.
That’s when I decided to blend my two worlds — marketing and mindset — to create a business that empowers small business owners to set up strong foundations, grow with clarity, and scale with confidence.
Today, my business has evolved to support both new and established service-based businesses.
I work with coaches, consultants, and online service providers (like website designers, accountants and graphic designers), and physical service businesses in the health and beauty industries — personal trainers, hairdressers, beauticians, gym owners, and more.
If you’re just starting out, I help you set up a professional online presence that positions you as a true expert. Together, we’ll define your niche, refine your message, create an irresistible offer, set up your website, email marketing, and social media profiles, and create a content plan that consistently attracts your ideal clients.

My approach is different because I bring both big-picture strategic thinking and practical action plans to the table — all grounded in over two decades of real-world marketing experience.
I’m known for my positive, upbeat energy and my passion for solving complex business challenges with simple, effective solutions that actually move the needle.
I’m proud to have helped my clients launch, grow, and scale their businesses — from signing their very first clients to building multiple six-figure businesses.
Seeing my clients grow in both confidence and income is the most rewarding part of what I do.
A little about me beyond business:
I truly love marketing — you’ll often find me reading the latest marketing books, listening to marketing podcasts, and staying on top of new developments to better support my clients.
When I’m not working, I love travelling (I’ve visited 26 countries and lived in the USA, UK, Japan, and North-East Arnhem Land), reading, dancing, working out, and spending time with my husband and two beautiful children. I also enjoy long walks and beach swims with my girlfriends and am currently learning Japanese — I love learning about new cultures and perspectives.
