FROM BIG BRANDS TO SMALL BUSINESS GROWTH
For over two decades, I led marketing and digital strategies for businesses like Woolworths, AMP Capital, The GPT Group, Revlon, and lastminute. I’ve worked across every part of the digital marketing ecosystem—branding, social media, websites, emails, SEO, SEM, content, data & insights, advertising and more.
But after years in the corporate world, I felt called to do something more personal and impactful. I wanted to use my expertise to support the people who really need it: small business owners doing meaningful work and wearing a million hats—just without a full marketing team behind them.
Since launching my consultancy, I’ve helped coaches, consultants and service-based businesses build strong marketing foundations, elevate their presence, and attract the right clients consistently.

Mia Carter lives in the Inner West of Sydney, NSW, Australia, with her husband and two children.
In her spare time, Mia loves lifting weights, Brazilian samba dancing, learning Japanese, reading, travelling, and exploring Sydney’s best coastal walks and hidden beach spots with her closest friends.
